Because each product is custom made, there are no cancellations, exchanges, or returns, but please message me if you have any questions/problems with your order. Please note these glasses  are hand made with love, and some small imperfections may occur! :)

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at dazzingdesigns@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and the defect, so we can work out a solution to the issue. For rare exceptions (under owners discretion): only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

These include: Tumblers. Items with names, logos, or custom designs. Drinkware extras: i.e. lids, straws and toppers.

Refunds

** For bears: In the event of a bear shortage you will be consulted for further action or refunded.**
